Terms and conditions: 1. By entering into this prize promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the following rules. 2. Entrants must be 18 or over and all entries must be made from within the United Kingdom. All entrants consent to our contacting them about our products. 3. All employees of the Allianz UK group, and their respective subsidiaries and associated companies, their immediate families and anyone involved in the promotion of the competition are excluded from entry. 4. Only one application may be made per person. Allianz Musical Insurance will disallow duplicate entries where it finds them. The prize shall be awarded at Allianz Musical Insurance’s discretion and if it considers any entrant has acted inappropriately or dishonestly in entering into the competition it reserves the right to refuse to award any prize. No purchase is necessary. Allianz Musical Insurance is not responsible for lost entries, delayed entries or mis transmitted entries. 5. The closing date for entries is 10.07.09. The prize draw will take place no later than 17.07.09 and the prize will be awarded to the first entry selected at random. 6. Allianz Musical Instruments will notify the winner by phone or in writing by 24.07.09. 7. The prize will consist of an Apple MacBook (13” 2.2 GHz) and Allianz Musical Insurance intends to send the prize to the winner no later than 24.08.09. In the event of the prize being unavailable for any reason outside Allianz Musical Instrument’s control it reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value. Allianz Musical Insurance is not responsible for the quality of the goods supplied. 8. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash or other alternative. The prize may be taxable and the winner will be responsible for any tax arising. 9. Allianz Musical Insurance’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 10. The winner will participate in all required publicity and Allianz Musical Insurance reserves the right to publish the name of the winner in post event publications and on the Allianz Musical Insurance website. The winner will cooperate with publicity as a result of winning. 11.
